Our services include two-wheel and four-wheel dollies. Basic tools for disassembling and reassembling furniture, blanket pads, shrink wrap, and tape for wrapping furniture and fragile items.

• For two movers and a truck we charge $100 per hour plus one hour travel time . We require a minimum of 2 1/2 hours work plus the one hour travel time.
• We can also provide up to three movers and a truck for $140 per hour.   

When to use 3 movers 

When the walking distance from the apartment to the elevators is a long one or from the elevator to the truck.

When there are 3 flight of stairs and you have a 2 bedroom to move or  town home  with lots of stairs   

For a three bedroom or more 3 movers are recommended.

Although the rate per hour for three movers is more the move gets done faster in less time therefore costing almost the same at the end of the day .

Before we start, please advise which items you want us to wrap. Once you have done so, sit back and relax while Two Nice Movers load and unload the truck.

We use floor protection runners to protect your carpet from dirt or your wood floor from scratches. These neoprene runners adjust to various surfaces and can adapt to going downstairs or rolling down a corridor.

We use shrink wrap to wrap furniture, which holds everything together well and keeps doors and drawers from opening or popping out during the move. Blanket pads are very thick and padded blankets that we use to wrap furniture and protect it from scratches and scuff marks during the move.

Truck Accommodation: One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom houses and apartments. The trucks have low decks to make it easier to load and unload.

Truck Dimensions: Length 24'x with 7'.8” x Height 8'.3” (Ft)

In addition to moves within the Vancouver area, we can also move you from Vancouver to Victoria, Nanaimo, Gibson.

Rough cost estimates for moves from Vancouver to Victoria and Nanaimo, sunshine coast, and nearby areas are as follows:

• $1500 + 5% GST for a One-Bedroom
• $1680 +5% GST for a Two-Bedroom
• $1860 + 5%GST for a Three-Bedroom

These estimates include ferry, gas, truck, and Two Nice Movers. We make the ferry reservation to ensure your shipment departs on time. 

Please note that the above estimates do not include packing, you must be packed on the day of the move. Some moves to Victoria and Nanaimo may require two days to complete - one to load and the next to depart and unload. However, it can be done in one day if it is a minimal move.
